By accessing our website, software, or any related services, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.
General Terms
- All services are provided strictly under the conditions stated in this agreement.
- We reserve the right to terminate access immediately, at our discretion, if any user is found to be affiliated with or acting on behalf of any malicious entity in relation to Project Inferno or its services.
Purchases & Chargebacks
- By purchasing any software from Project Inferno, the purchaser and all related parties forfeit their right to initiate any charge back or payment dispute. Doing so will result in immediate termination of service without warning.

Intended Use
- Project Inferno's software is provided for educational purposes and strictly for offline use (e.g., offline LAN-hosted servers where affiliated anti-cheat systems such as BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat, etc. are not running). Any online use is neither endorsed nor condoned by Project Inferno or its affiliates. Project Inferno assumes no responsibility for any sanctions, bans, or penalties applied to accounts as a result of using the software.
Refunds
- Refunds are handled at the sole discretion of Project Inferno. You must contact support before initiating any chargeback with your payment provider. By using our services, you acknowledge that refunds are not guaranteed. Digital products and license keys will not be refunded once delivered. If the product has not been used or activated, you may request a refund by contacting support — approval remains at the discretion of Project Inferno.
